On the ingredient list: glycerin, urea, cucumber, barley, lady’s thistle, soybean and chamomile extracts; lactobacillus ferment; algae, birch, mulberry root extracts, and caffeine.

This eye care product is lightweight enough to be used in the day as well, under make-up.
